You hereby acknowledge and agree that any other fees not collected at the point of sale that are due as a result of your membership including, without limitation, any deferred fees will be automatically charged by Continental Who’s Who Registry Inc., the credit card number provided by you to Continental Who’s Who Registry Inc., thirty days from the original point of sale date.
